Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered.

2. Our Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our reports with the following guarantee:

If you do not receive at least 2 out-the-door price quotes from dealers within 48 hours of your purchase, we will provide you with a free replacement report for a different vehicle or the same vehicle in a different area.

To request a free replacement report under our guarantee, please contact our customer support team at contact@haggle-hero.com with your order details and proof that you did not receive the minimum number of quotes within the specified timeframe.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased report, please contact our customer support team at contact@haggle-hero.com. We will work diligently to resolve any technical issues and ensure you have access to your purchased report.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. If you notice any issues with your payment, such as being charged multiple times or incorrect amounts, please contact us immediately at contact@haggle-hero.com with your order details and we will address the issue promptly.
